  1.  General Information. Epoxy Shipping Policies

Resin orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is depleted by the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order, to the original payment method. With 25 years in the field of resin manufacturing and more recently with our transactional site, we have rarely been back order.

  1. Places of delivery

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada and the United States. We also ship around the world using Sea Freight.

  1. Delivery time

When placing your order online, an approximate delivery time will be provided to you via our platform. Delivery times are only estimated and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They should only be used as a guide and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered within [15] working days of the date of your order. Working days meaning Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the courier company, location of delivery, method of delivery and items ordered. If the order is too heavy, it is possible that the products will be delivered in several separate shipments.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. Sales tax is charged based on the province or territory where the item is shipped.
