Fast Set Epoxy UV-Resistant Clear Casting Epoxy Kit 

Fast set epoxy CHILL DIAMOND FAST™ is a UV-resistant clear casting epoxy system with 100% reactive materials with a very low viscosity. Hence it is ideal for filling small cracks, voids, and knots. Moreover, it can also cast small transparent objects or colored jewels such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hairpins, cufflinks, and others. Its pot life allows a fast handling time, less than 12 hours. Indeed has a very low viscosity that allows a maximum infiltration of the interstices in the molds or the different substrates on which CHILL DIAMOND FAST™  is poured. This system also meets the European RoHS standard.

Characteristics:

• Easy mixing ratio: 2:1 by volume or 100/42 by weight
• Ideal working temperature: 22C /72F
• Fast Set Epoxy Resin – Pot time: 24 minutes at 22C/72F  depending on volumes and room temperature
• Cure time: 12-36 hours depending on volume, room temperature, humidity level, and thickness of the casting
• Recommended thickness per layer: 1/16 – 1/4″ per layer.
• Maximum thickness in a single pour: 1/2″ max
• Cure appearance: Optical clarity
• Viscosity: 185 CPS mixed – Very low viscosity for a better penetration
• Recommended cleaning products: POLY CLEANER™  resin cleaner or isopropyl alcohol
