The customer assumes all risk and liability for the results obtained by the use of any POLYMÈRES TECHNOLOGIES product, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the use of the CHILL EPOXY™ line of products, and the use of any process, whether in terms of general effectiveness, success, or failure, and regardless of any oral or written statement made by way of technical advice or otherwise, related to the use of any POLYMÈRES TECHNOLOGIES product. All products sold through our online store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product suits their intended application before completing the purchase. All products are tested and meet strict quality standards prior to shipping. Any damages incurred during transit must be reported directly to the carrier.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your order and shipping address at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred when shipping internationally.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping

1. Carrier Selection When customers select their preferred shipping carrier during checkout, they acknowledge that the carrier acts as their designated agent for the transportation of goods. 3. Claims and Disputes In the event of a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment, the customer is responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier. Polymères Technologies can provide support by supplying shipment details, proof of dispatch, and other relevant documentation upon request.
4. Insurance Customers are encouraged to select insurance for their shipment, especially for high-value orders. Polymères Technologies is not responsible for any loss if the shipment is not insured and the carrier does not offer adequate compensation.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
