Epoxy Shipping Policy. At CHILL EPOXY™, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We ship worldwide and have partnered with DHL Express to offer fast and reliable shipping services. We also offer a wide selection of carriers for deliveries within Canada and the US, giving you the option to select the carrier you prefer or the most affordable option at checkout.

Order Processing:

Orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time will be picked up by our carriers the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Back Orders:

We do not offer back orders, but in the event that an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Within Canada and the US:

For customers within Canada and the US, we offer a variety of shipping options through Canada Post and other carriers. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected but are typically within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees for deliveries within Canada and the US will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and location of the package.

International Shipping:

For customers outside of Canada and the US, we offer shipping through DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days.
