P-TEC 8400™ Wood Filler and Repair Paste must be thoroughly mixed according to the specified ratio on the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). The surface to be repaired must be free of dust, grease, or pollution before use. The pot life and time before sanding may vary with ambient temperature. A maximum exothermic temperature of 79ºC (174ºF) may develop during hardening, depending on the thickness of the product applied. A compatibility test is necessary when using paint and a VOC-free finishing product is recommended for use with P-TEC 8400.
