Policy on the EPOXY Products. At CHILL EPOXY, our goal is to provide you with high-quality epoxy resin products that meet your needs. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as simple as possible. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Please note that custom orders and products that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. Custom orders or special requests are not returnable.

If you purchased a CHILL EPOXY product from a third-party reseller, please note that all returns, exchanges, or reimbursements must be handled by the retailer and not the manufacturer. The decision to refund, replace, or exchange the product is at the discretion of the reseller and will be supported by CHILL EPOXY. Proof of purchase will be required for any such requests.
In specific situations, the manufacturer may choose to step in and take the decision to refund, exchange, or replace the product. However, such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the specific circumstances of the return request.
