Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your order and shipping address at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred when shipping internationally.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CHILL EPOXY™. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of shipping your order to request a return or refund. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
